LAS VEGAS MAXXING LLC SERVICE POLICY

Photo/and or Video Session Booking Fees

A booking fee is required upon booking for all Photo, Video & Multimedia related bookings unless otherwise stated by the photographer. Booking fees vary depending on project scope, and in some cases the booking fee may amount to the total cost of service. All booking fees are non-refundable.

Booking fees are required to reserve your scheduled date and time. Your date is not considered secured until the required booking fee has been received.

Session Booking

Session bookings are made available 60 days before the desired Session date.

Event Booking

Event bookings are made available 90 days before the desired service date.

• Personal Parties (Birthday Party, Bar Mitzvah, Bachelor Party, etc.)
• Business Events (Trade-show, Expo, Conference, Convention, etc.)

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their scheduled session or event. Delays caused by the client may reduce available service time and will not extend the scheduled booking period.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, necessary materials, and any information required for Las Vegas Maxxing LLC to properly perform the requested services.

Client is responsible for obtaining permission for any locations, people, trademarks, logos, or materials provided by the client that are used during the service.

Photo/and or Video Session & Event Cancellations

All cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled Service/Session date and time will forfeit booking fees. Failure to appear at your appointment without any prior notice of your absence will forfeit booking fees.

Las Vegas Maxxing LLC reserves the right to deny transferable booking fee credits for any reason. Approved transferable booking fee credits must be used within 90 days of the original Session date or all funds are forfeited.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. Approved booking fee credits may only be transferred to a rescheduled Session once and will not be eligible to be considered for transfer twice.

If Las Vegas Maxxing LLC must cancel or reschedule a service due to circumstances including, but not limited to, emergencies, illness, equipment failure, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make our best effort to accommodate a desired rescheduled session appointment.

All booking fees are non-refundable.

Proofing Photos

All sessions, unless otherwise stated by the photographer, will require a viewing session. Viewing sessions are scheduled after your appointment at the location of the photo shoot and are subject to availability.

Las Vegas Maxxing LLC understands how important it is to cherish your pictures and share those special memories as soon as possible. We aim to have your scheduled viewing session conducted within 7 days from the date of the original appointment if both parties (photographer and client) are available.

Missed or rescheduled viewings may be subject to a fee. Viewing sessions are up to 1 hour. Typically, the selection process takes half an hour or less.

Failure to make final selections may result in Las Vegas Maxxing LLC selecting the final images on the client’s behalf.

Digital Images & Image Delivery

• All sessions include 5 free Digital Images unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
• Digital Images are files provided to the client with a broad usage license for personal and lawful purposes. Copyright ownership remains with Las Vegas Maxxing LLC.

• Additional Digital Images, Behind The Scenes Video, Customized Video, Multimedia, etc. are sold separately.

• Additional Digital Image rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Image Retouching

All digital images we release are fully retouched images.

“Fully retouched” images, as defined by Las Vegas Maxxing LLC, means we perform image editing such as blemish removal, image color styling, lighting corrections, and image sharpening.

Advanced image alterations are subject to an additional charge. Advanced image alteration prices vary per image depending on the nature of the requested alterations.

Photography or Video During Services

No third-party photography or video of the photographer, session, or service is allowed while service is in progress. This includes friends and family using either cell phone devices or professional equipment.

Please note that if you are asked more than once to comply with this policy, your session may be ended early and your booking fee will not be refunded.

A personalized Behind The Scenes video may be purchased separately. Behind The Scenes video services must be requested at the time of booking.

Content Ownership & Usage Rights

All photographs, videos, multimedia content, and creative works produced by Las Vegas Maxxing LLC remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of Las Vegas Maxxing LLC.

By purchasing professional media services from Las Vegas Maxxing LLC, the client receives a broad, non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for personal and lawful purposes, including posting online, sharing with others, and displaying the content for personal or promotional use.

This license does not transfer copyright ownership or exclusive rights to the client. Las Vegas Maxxing LLC retains all ownership rights, including the right to use created content for portfolio display, website content, advertising, promotional materials, social media, and other lawful business purposes.

Client may not sell, sublicense, transfer, license, or commercially distribute the content as a standalone product without prior written permission from Las Vegas Maxxing LLC.

Las Vegas Maxxing LLC will not use client content for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates applicable laws.

Model Release & Likeness Usage

By booking professional photography, video, or multimedia services with Las Vegas Maxxing LLC, the client grants Las Vegas Maxxing LLC permission to use photographs, videos, recordings, and other captured media containing the client’s likeness for lawful business purposes.

This permission includes use for:

Portfolio display
Website content
Social media
Advertising
Promotional materials
Marketing campaigns
Other lawful business purposes

Las Vegas Maxxing LLC will use client likeness and media content in a professional manner and will not use the content for unlawful purposes, defamatory purposes, or purposes that violate applicable laws.

If a client requires that their likeness or content not be used for promotional purposes, this request must be submitted and agreed upon in writing before the service date.

Service Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on project scope, editing requirements, and workload.

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated after completion of the session or project.
